General, and corrections
hello@citefiles.comQuestions, feedback, and anything we have got wrong. If a check misjudged your site, this is the address that fixes it — the rubric is versioned so corrections are traceable, and a wrong check is a bug we want to hear about.
Security and removal
abuse@citefiles.comSecurity reports, and requests to remove a scan of your site. Write from an address at the domain in question and we will delete it. A security report gets a person, not an autoresponder.
Account problems

If you found our crawler in your logs
Everything about CiteFilesBot — what it fetches, its user-agent string, and the two lines of robots.txt that stop it — is on the crawler page. We honour a disallow, and a scan of a site that blocks us reports honestly that it could not read it.
Response times
Security reports and removal requests are answered within two working days. Everything else within a week. If a week passes without a reply, send it again — it went astray, and we would rather have it twice.
