Tell us what is wrong

Three kinds of message are useful here, and the first matters most.

A result is wrong about your site. This tool makes claims about other people’s websites, and a confident wrong claim is the worst thing it can do. If we said something about your site that is not true, we want to know, and we would rather hear it from you than not hear it. Several checks in the scanner exist only because somebody pointed out that it was accusing a site of a problem it did not have.

Something is broken. A page that will not load, a file that downloads empty, a scan that hangs.

A suggestion. What would make the report more useful to you.

No account needed, and the email address is optional. When a report tells us a result is wrong we re-run that check by hand before changing anything, and if it changes the scoring it goes on the scoring changelog with its effect stated.
